FSC Certificate & Technical Documents

Layer 1 - Factory QC: Incoming veneer sheets and core materials are graded for moisture content, thickness tolerance, and species verification. FSC origin is checked against Chain-of-Custody (CoC) documents.

Layer 2 - FOMEX Group QC Department

(Independent Oversight): FOMEX Group QC Department independently reviews raw-material inspection records and CoC documentation, and performs independent spot checks on incoming material batches.

Layer 1 - Factory QC: Glue spread uniformity, press time/temperature parameters, and face veneer alignment are verified at each hot-press cycle. Batch records are logged for every press cycle.

Layer 2 - FOMEX Group QC Department

(Independent Oversight): Fomex Group QC Department independently audits process parameters and ISO 9001 batch records, and conducts unannounced in-process inspections separate from the factory's own checks.

Layer 1 - Factory QC: Finished panels are tested for formaldehyde emission (desiccator method), glue bond strength (boil test), thickness, and surface appearance against the order specification.

Layer 2 - FOMEX Group QC Department

(Independent Oversight): FOMEX Group QC Department independently verifies pre-shipment test results and, where required, conducts parallel testing on selected samples before authorizing shipment release.

Layer 1 - Factory QC: The in-house loading team supervises stacking, strapping, and moisture-barrier application. Photo documentation is provided with every shipment file.

Layer 2 - FOMEX Group QC Department

(Independent Oversight): FOMEX Group QC Department independently confirms loading compliance by reviewing photo/video documentation and, when required, through on-site verification before container sealing.
